Crash injures 2, closes Myoma Road

ADAMS TWP — Two people were injured Tuesday afternoon in a two-car collision in the township, authorities said.

The crash about 2 p.m. closed Myoma Road for about three hours after one of the cars caught fire.
Adams Township police are investigating but an accident report was not immediately available.
Both drivers were taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
Chief Bill Hayes of the Adams Area Fire District noted that those injuries were from the crash and not the fire.
Volunteer firefighters from Adams Area and Callery put out the vehicle fire and assisted police at the scene. The road reopened about 5 p.m.
