3:15 p.m. Friday — Someone stole a black-and-gray West Coast Choppers-style BMX bicycle belonging to a Butler Junior High School student and valued at $80 while it was parked behind a Dumpster on school property. Anyone with information should call police at 724-287-7743.10:10 a.m. Monday — A car driven by Edward J. Snyder, 59, of Butler and an SUV driven by Mary L. Courson, 43, of Parker collided at the intersection of Center and Standard avenues. Both drivers and Snyder's passenger, Marianna Snyder, 56, of Butler, were uninjured. Courson's passenger, Jamie Courson, 19, of Butler, suffered a minor injury.Butler Township1 a.m. Friday — Beatrice Osche, 31, of Butler was arrested under suspicion of driving under the influence following a traffic stop along Home Avenue.5:50 p.m. Monday — Katherine P. Scott, 39, of Rimersburg was charged with retail theft after she allegedly stole items from the Wal-Mart in Butler Commons.8:45 p.m. Aug. 21 — Andrew R. Funk, 21, of Fenelton was charged with indecent assault and harassment after he allegedly touched an 11-year-old girl's buttocks at the Wal-Mart in Butler Commons.6:30 a.m. Aug. 18 — Charles M. Cook, 41, of Butler was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft, criminal mischief and harassment after he allegedly entered the apartment of an ex-girlfriend, ransacked it, and took cash while she was not home.Aug. 15 — Stephanie McCormick, 28, of Pittsburgh was charged with criminal conspiracy, false reports and selling food stamps after she allegedly sold state welfare benefit cards then reported them stolen.Ryan Mullen, 24, and Tina Rivera, 42, both of Butler, each were charged with criminal conspiracy and buying of food stamps after they allegedly bought the welfare cards.

7:30 p.m. Aug. 12 — A vehicle driven Jared Coleman, 20, of Sarpeta, La., and a vehicle driven by Rachel Aloisio of Grove City collided on Liberty Street near Miller Avenue. Both drivers were taken to Grove City Medical Center with unknown injuries. Coleman was cited for driving on the wrong side of road.July 24 — Someone used two counterfeit $20 bills at the Kwik Fill on North Broad Street. Anyone with information should call police at 724-458-7925.

3:18 p.m. Thursday — Scott Deberry, 45, of Pittsburgh was hurt when he crashed his motorcycle on Route 19 at Northgate Plaza.Deberry told police the crash happened when he swerved his cycle to avoid a vehicle that pulled out of the shopping center. He laid down the bike on the road and suffered moderate injuries.Deberry, who was wearing a helmet, was treated at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.

5:15 p.m. Aug. 19 — Someone stole a purse belonging to Brigette T. Kennedy, 38, of Kittanning while she was in the food court at Clearview Mall in Center Township. The purse is pink and white with the words "little shopper" on it, and contained a Nintendo DS Lite video game, a green wallet with $3, a Ty stuffed animal and a green lipstick case, with a total value of $214.

5:10 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by John Leitem, 34, of East Brady was struck by a hit-and-run driver on Route 422 in West Franklin Township, Armstrong County. Leitem was not injured.4 p.m. Monday — Someone entered a home along Worthington-Slate Lick Road in West Franklin Township, Armstrong County, and stole a 48-inch flat-screen TV belonging to Ronald Zeigler of Worthington. Anyone with information should call police at 724-543-2011.
