Matthew Grubbs and Amanda Hoover

A June 8 wedding is being planned by Amanda Hoover of Jefferson Hills and Matthew Grubbs of Saxonburg.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Dr. Vicki Herbert of Jefferson Hills and Dr. Walter Hoover of Freedom. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Dan and Pauline Grubbs of Saxonburg.

The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School, a 2005 graduate of Chatham University and a 2010 graduate of Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.

Her fiance graduated in 2005 from Knoch High School, in 2009 from Slippery Rock University and is continuing his education at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.
