CRANBERRY TWP — Rj Development and Community Management celebrated its new name on Wednesday.
The office is at the corner of Rochester Road and Route 19. A ribbon-cutting ceremony held by the Pittsburgh North Regional Chamber of Commerce unveiled the new name and logo.
Bob Gillenberger, owner of Rj Development, said, “The new name better reflects our service areas that are provided to the associations we manage. It’s taken months of work, but we’re excited to share our new name with the local community. We specialize in providing Homeowner and Condo Association Management services and manage 27 associations with over 2,500 homeowners throughout the greater Pittsburgh area. Education is part of the association management. We educate new homeowners on association guidelines, provide information to homeowners on maintenance issues, work with the association boards and oversee inspections for association violations”.
Rj Development was one of the first three businesses to achieve the sustainable business designation within Cranberry Township.
Gillenberger is active in the community and serves on several local community boards including the Cranberry CUP, Cranberry Township Community Chest, and Cranberry Township Police Council.
Gillenberger also was appointed recently to the Western Pennsylvania Community Associations Institute’s steering committee. This committee is responsible to bring forth the efforts of the Community Associations Institute and to show community associations the benefits of joining the organization.
