BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Steven A. Cline, 27, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed March 10 by township police.

Steven H. Dittmer, 37, of Lyndora was held for court on charges of illegally trying to buy a firearm and unsworn falsification to authorities, filed March 13 by township police.

Jeffrey R. Ford Jr., 21, of Renfrew pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed March 6 by township police. Ford was ordered to pay $259.50 in fines and court costs.

Jeffrey R. Ford Sr., 42, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and harassment, filed March 6 by township police. Ford was ordered to pay $571.50 in fines and court costs.

Donald L. Griffin, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, failing to carry his driver's license and a seat belt violation, filed Feb. 4 by state police.

William C. Hamm, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of carrying a firearm without a permit, possession of a controlled substance, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and criminal mischief, filed March 25 by township police.

Larry J. Hoffman, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 27 by township police.

Nicole N. McCabe, 30, of Butler was held for court on charges of theft by deception, conspiracy to commit theft by deception, theft by unlawful taking and retail theft, filed Feb. 11 by township police.

Robert V. Wagoner, 27, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 11 by township police. Wagoner was ordered to pay $259.50 in fines and court costs.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Lydia M. Garcia, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving at an unsafe speed, disregarding traffic lanes and failing to notify police of a change of address, filed Jan. 29.Karl J. Giese, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed and not wearing a seat belt, filed Feb. 14.Cy T. Hassinger, 20, of East Butler waived to court charges of unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, indecent assault of a person under 16 and harassment, filed Feb. 18.Richard E. Humes Jr., 25, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Feb. 18.Michael C. King, 32, of Chicora waived to court charges of deceptive or fraudulent business practices, theft by failing to make required disposition of funds, two counts of theft by deception, engaging in unprofessional conduct, and five counts each of failing to pay taxes to the state, failing to account for money and failing to deliver titles, filed March 10.Gary Plunkard, 43, of Hilliards was held for court on charges of corruption of minors, child endangerment and indecent assault, filed March 11.Larry J. Thompson, 64, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license and driving with an open container of alcohol, filed Jan. 22.Robert D. Faloon, 23, of Burgettstown, Washington County waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving the wrong way and careless driving, filed Jan. 30 by Slippery Rock police.Kurt J. Stephan, 23, of Haverhill, Mass., waived to court charges of DUI and failing to keep right, filed March 16 by Slippery Rock police.Kassel D. Weber, 20, of Meadville, Crawford County, waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 1 by Slippery Rock University police.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Tyrel Nolan Hall, 31, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. Zelienople police on March 4 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.Joseph A. Smith, 20, of Cheswick waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Feb. 24 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia.Jason Hovis, 31, of Butler waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Nov. 25 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.Tara Elizabeth Patterson, 25, of Butler waived her case to court. Adams Township police on March 3 charged her with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.Nicholas Pellon, 28, of Mars waived his case to court. Adams Township police on March 24 charged him with making terroristic threats, harassment, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, defiant trespass and resisting arrest.Robert M. Keyho Jr., 38, of Mars waived his case to court. Adams Township police on March 3 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an unregistered vehicle and operating a vehicle without valid inspection.Herbert Eugene Macks Jr., 32, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on March 13 charged him with simple assault and harassment.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:Andrew Joseph Scialdone, 31, of Beaver Falls waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 27 charged him with retail theft, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.Paula Jean Wilson, 31, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. Police on Oct. 29 charged her with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness.Timothy Patrick Larkin, 25, of Seven Fields waived his case to court. Police on Feb. 14 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.Richard D. Rogers Jr., 36, of Hickory waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 12 charged him with conspiracy, organized retail theft and theft by deception.
