The Adams Township supervisors on Monday:

Approved a request by Martha Steckle to prepare a resolution stating that the supervisors recognize Greyhound Way as a 501(c)3 nonprofit group. Steckle said the group needs the recognition to apply to the county treasurer for a small games of chance license. In return, group members will offer annual canine-related seminars.

Heard resident Paul Danik recognize Paul and Mary Ford for their dedication in creating the veterans memorial in the township park. The monument will be completed this summer.

Approved a motion to update and repair the school zone warning lights along Route 228 near the Mars schools.

Approved the resignation of patrolman Christopher Griffin from the police department, effective immediately.
