Health clinic will have enrollment drive July 31
CRANBERRY TWP — The Community Health Clinic of Butler County will have an open enrollment drive at two township locations for services at the clinic.
The drive will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 31 at Suite 200 in the Pittsburgh North Regional Chamber office at 2525 Rochester Road and in the multipurpose room in the Butler County Community College at Cranberry main building at 250 Executive Drive.
Individuals must be county residents between the ages of 19 and 64 and their yearly household income must be 200 percent or less of the 2014 Federal Poverty Guidelines.
The clinic provides primary health care and medications to county residents lacking private or government-funded health insurance. If eligible, services provided at the clinic are free.
