Dorothy McKinney

Dorothy E. McKinney of Portersville celebrated her 100th birthday with a family dinner at the Wurtemburg-Perry Fire Hall.

The former Dorothy Herrscher was born July 8, 1914, in Pittsburgh. She married the late Bertus B. McKinney on July 5, 1932, in West Virginia. They celebrated 51 years of marriage.

She has two children, the late Doris (Harold) English and Elmer (Arlene) McKinney of Portersville. She also has six grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. McKinney is a homemaker. She is a member of Franklin Park Baptist Church.
