Tuesday — Ronald A. Moculski, 24, of Butler Township is accused of drunken and drugged driving stemming from a traffic stop at 2:13 a.m. May 20 on Hansen Avenue. Moculski failed several field sobriety tests and was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for a blood test.A toxicology report received Friday showed Moculski's blood-alcohol level was 0.079 percent. While the level is below the state's 0.08 percent legal limit, police believe it was high enough that Moculski was incapable of safe driving.Additionally, the report indicated the defendant tested positive for the following drugs: nordiazepam, a sedative; clonazepam and alprazolam, both relaxants; and THC, the active ingredient in marijuana.Moculski faces charges of driving under the influence of a combination of alcohol and drugs, and careless driving.

2:39 a.m. Tuesday — Bryant K. Wells Jr., 23, of Pittsburgh was arrested for inappropriately touching his 19-year-old girlfriend, Whitney Ann Tucker of Butler, during a domestic dispute at the Super 8 motel on Route 8 south. Police were called after someone heard a woman's screams coming from inside one of the rooms.Wells was arraigned on charges of unlawful restraint, indecent assault, reckless endangerment, simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment and placed in the Butler County Prison.Tucker also was arrested in the same incident. She is charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment, and she is being held in the county jail on $5,000 bail.A police report noted that the couple's 5-month-old son was also in the motel room.9:16 a.m. Friday — Sonya Cordoba, 35, of Kittanning was hurt when a vehicle struck the vehicle she was driving at the Butler Memorial Hospital parking lot. Cordoba was treated at the hospital for unknown injuries in the wreck. Yvonne Debacco, 73, of Chicora was the other driver.7:50 a.m. Thursday — A vehicle driven by Ronald E. Hinton, 54, of Butler ran a red light and struck another vehicle at Whitestown and South Duffy roads. Hinton was cited for the red light violation. Albert Werner, 33, of Butler was the other driver.

4:27 p.m. Sunday — Jerry Hobbs IV, 18, of Grove City was arrested after police were called to his home for a disturbance. Hobbs, who allegedly screamed profanities outside his home, later damaged a door to a police cruiser.Additionally, police said he was found with three stolen items, two of them prescription pills that did not belong to him. He is charged with disorderly conduct, institutional vandalism, receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance.7:20 a.m. Sunday — A gray and green, 18-inch Next bicycle was found near Highland and Stockton avenues. The bike had a cardboard license plate attached to it. The owner can claim the bike at the police station at 337 E. Pine St.Sunday — A vandal drove through the front yard of a home in the 600 block of South Center Street. The grass yard sustained an unspecified amount of damage. The vandalism happened between 11 p.m. Saturday and 2:30 a.m. Sunday.Police did not say if they have any suspects. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 724-458-7925.Sunday — A Chevrolet Equinox parked at a home in the 500 block of Spring Street was broken into between 10 p.m. Saturday and 11:30 a.m. SundayStolen from the sport utility vehicle was a center console tray containing two Apple iPods and change. The total estimated value of the missing items is $400.Saturday — Four vehicles were broken into overnight in the areas of the 100 block of East Poplar Street and in the 600 block of Stowe Street. Wallets, money and prescription medication were among the $200 in property stolen.Police noted that in one instance, one of the vehicles was entered while it was parked inside a garage. Police are investigating.2:25 a.m. July 16 — Albert R. Province III, 40, of Hermitage was arrested for driving under the influence after he parked his vehicle in the middle of the intersection of Mill and Jackson street. He is charged with DUI and making an improper stop.July 15 — An unknown thief stole a hood ornament off a 2003 Jaguar while the car was parked at a business in the 400 block of 400 Hillcrest Avenue. The theft happened between 6:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.July 9 — An undisclosed amount of money was reported stolen from Pizza Joes on West Main Street. The theft happened between July 6 and 9. Police said they are investigating.

7:20 p.m. Monday — An unknown white man punched a 60-year-old Freeport man in an apparent case of road rage in South Buffalo Township.Police believe the altercation started when the victim and suspect, about 30 years old, were involved in a crash while both were driving south on Route 28 about two miles north of the Slate Lick exit. The SUV struck the older man's vehicle. Both drivers pulled off the road.The suspect got out of his vehicle, punched the victim in the chest and later drove away south on the highway toward Allegheny County, He is described as 6 feet tall with several tattoos. His SUV was hauling a green and blue jet ski.Monday — A 32-year-old Valencia man's pickup truck was stolen from the PBS Upholstery storage facility on Route 58 in Greene Township. The unknown suspects cut a lock to a gate to get into the facility and take the 1977 Chevrolet C20 pickup valued at $3,000.The truck is brown with a light gray military-style bed from a Jeep and a light rear window. The grill and steel rims are also painted light gray. The pickup was bearing the Pennsylvania license plate ZFW-4454 when it was stolen.Police suspect the thieves took off toward Greenville after taking the vehicle sometime between 1:30 p.m. Sunday and 9:30 a.m. Monday. Friday — The state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement cited the North Park Lounge on Route 19 in Cranberry Township for allegedly serving alcohol to a minor on May 20. An administrative law judge will hear the case.
