SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Matthew J. Anan, 22, of Lock Haven, Clinton County, pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed May 9 by Penn Township police. Anan was ordered to pay $396.50 in fines and court costs.

David K. Arnold, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed June 23 by Penn Township police.

Gregory D. Beers Jr., 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed May 16 by Penn Township police. Beers was ordered to pay $1,084.70 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Marissa L. Confer, 20, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road and driving at an unsafe speed, filed April 29 by Middlesex Township police

Linda A. Hoehn, 51, of Gibsonia pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed May 16 by Penn Township police. Hoehn was ordered to pay $771.50 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Michael R. Johns, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed May 16 by Penn Township police. Johns was ordered to pay $209.50 in fines and court costs.

Jeffrey F. Kupec, 52, of Indian Harbor Beach, Fla. pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed July 2 by Middlesex Township police. Kupec was ordered to pay $359.50 in fines and court costs.

Adam N. McCandless, 33, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed June 23 by Middlesex Township police.

Kayla M. Mechling, 47, of Leechburg, Armstrong County, pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed June 23 by Buffalo Township police. Mechling was ordered to pay $449.71 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Michael J. Wagoner, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, filed April 30.

Dylan L. Weitzel, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and a lighting violation, filed April 30 by Middlesex Township police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Billy J. Abrams, 33, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of loitering and prowling at night, and harassment, filed June 3 by township police. Abrams was ordered to pay $671.50 in fines and court costs.John S. Allen, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed June 24 by township police.Rachel M. Allio, 33, of Slippery Rock waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed May 14 by township police.Amanda S. Edington, 26, of Butler waived to court a charge of hindering apprehension or prosecution, filed June 9 by township police.Jeanetta L. Emmert, 36, of Kittanning waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Feb. 6 by township police.David N. Jones Jr., 43, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and not using turn signals, filed June 16 by state police.Tyler L. Knox, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed May 27 by township police. Knox was ordered to pay $459.50 in fines and court costs.Robert C. Kessler Jr., 44, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and harassment, filed June 16 by township police. Kessler was ordered to pay $583 in fines and court costs.Ronald A. Moculski, 24, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of reckless driving and abandoning a vehicle on private property, filed May 30 by township police. Moculski was ordered to pay $886 in fines and court costs.Robert L. Murray, 51, of Prospect pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed June 23 by township police. Murray was ordered to pay $341 in fines and court costs.Bryan S. Pangburn, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of disorderly conduct and two counts of terroristic threats, filed June 15 by township police.Laura K. Sims, 35, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed May 20 by township police. Sims was ordered to pay $359.50 in fines and court costs.Lesley A. Smieszek, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed May 14 by township police. Smieszek was ordered to pay $359.50 in fines and court costs.Christopher J. Sydlik, 43, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI and driving at an unsafe speed, filed April 28 by township police.Donald E. Toth, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and not using turn signals, filed May 14 by township police.Christopher J. Toy, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and driving at an unsafe speed, filed June 10 by township police.Brandy L. Williams, 24, no known address, was held for court on charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed April 10 by township police.
