CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Ricardo Samuel Monteparte, 48, of Greensburg waived his case to court. Police on April 15 charged him with conspiracy, organized retail theft, retail theft, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.

Alanna Darroch, 24, of Industry waived her case to court. Police on July 16 charged her with retail theft and conspiracy.

Nicklas Pantaleo, 31, of Monaca waived his case to court. Police on July 16 charged him with retail theft, conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance.

Matthew Victor Deiseroth, 42, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. Police on July 15 charged him with retail theft.

Jordan Rene Thomas, 23, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Police on May 27 charged him with retail theft.

Nathaniel Joseph Baxter, 23, of Butler waived his case to court. Police on June 10 charged him with retail theft, conspiracy, possession of drug paraphernalia and receiving stolen property.

Albert Anthony Cassucio, 32, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. Police on May 27 charged him with fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, retail theft, conspiracy and driving a suspended vehicle.

Robert Andrew Rodenbeck, 44, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on May 27 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Carrie Pittman, 35, of Harmony waived her case to court. Lancaster Township police on Dec. 4 charged her with simple assault and disorderly conduct.Sherry Lynn Kelly, 54, of Evans City waived her case to court. Jackson Township police on July 1 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Anthony Gene Allison, 38, of Prospect waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on July 11 charged him with giving falsifications to police, giving a false report, driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without valid inspection.Erin Leigh Schupay, 23, of Harmony waived her case to court. The state police on March 31 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Chad Joseph Haskin, 33, of New Castle waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on Jan. 2 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license.Eric Young, 36, of Cabot waived his case to court. The state police on April 14 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving with a suspended license, driving a vehicle without valid inspection and careless driving.Jason A. Gettman, 35, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Zelienople police on March 11 charged him with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.David M. Hartley, 68, of Mars waived his case to court. Adams Township police on June 5 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.Ian Michael Jessup, 26, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Lancaster Township police on June 17 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving.Robert M. Williamson, 41, of Harrisville waived his case to court. Zelienople police on June 4 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia.Janet Sue Machaterre, 48, of Mars waived her case to court. Mars police on July 16 charged her with resisting arrest, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.Marc Paul Himmelwright, 27, of Harmony waived his case to court. The state police on July 8 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
