VENANGO TWP — A Sunday morning fire ravaged an apparent vacant home along Cemetery Road.

The fire in the two-story house at 447 Cemetery Road was reported to Butler County 911 at 7:54 a.m.

Volunteer fire departments from Eau Claire, West Sunbury, North Washington, Marion Township, Parker and Emlenton responded.

Crews cleared the scene at 11:29 a.m.

The fire rekindled in the afternoon. The Eau Claire, North Washington and Marion Township departments responded to the 3:28 p.m. 911 call. They cleared the scene at 4:48 p.m.
