In loving memory of my mother, Rose Migliorini, who passed away on July 31, 1998.

Sixteen years ago today was a tragic day for me;

A day filled with sorrow that I did not foresee.

I know in my heart there was nothing I could do;

Because up in heaven, God was waiting for you.

Time is now passed, but I still feel the pain;

Knowing that I can never see you again.

Deep in my heart, you remain close to me;

For I know one day, together again we will be.
