INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Camryn Forbes, a Penn Township resident, set a record pace to win the national title in 100 backstroke during the YMCA Long Course National Championships at the IUPUI Natatorium Wednesday in Indianapolis, Ind.

Forbes finished in 1:02.68, breaking the decade old record time of 1:02.68.

Forbes, 15, attends Cyber School and will compete in the U.S. Swimming National Championships Aug. 6-8 in Irvine, Calif.
