KARNS CITY — Several children of Calumet Specialty Products employees recently received $2,000 scholarships for college.

Adam Mueller of East Butler, Maggie Voelker of West Sunbury, Jensen Bachman of Chicora and Rachel Weyand, Amanda Sybert and Tyler Verner, all of Butler, received the Brothers Scholarship.

The scholarships are awarded each year to outstanding students who intend to enroll at an accredited two- or four-year college and whose parents work at a Heritage Group company. The scholarships are renewable for three years.

The scholarships are funded through The Heritage Group Scholarship Fund.

Calumet Specialty Products in Karns City is a Heritage Group company.
