Visitation for James Folger Beatty, who passed away Monday, Aug. 18, 2014, will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the Edward L. Raisley Funeral Home, 387 Main St., Prospect.

The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the Mount Zion Baptist Church, 2251 Prospect Road, Prospect, with his pastor, the Rev. Ben Oesterling, officiating. Interment will be in Crown Hill Cemetery, Prospect.
