Emily and John Ruscetti

Emily Chiappini and John Ruscetti, both of Pittsburgh, were united in marriage Sept. 21 at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler. The Rev. Kevin Fazio officiated. A reception followed at the Pittsburgh Field Club.

The bride is the daughter of Ernest and Patricia Chiappini of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Frank and Rita Ruscetti of Pittsburgh.

The honor attendant was Jill Petanovich of Pittsburgh. Bridesmaids were Katie Barthelow of Cranberry Township, Tarah Chiappini of Butler, Amy Ruscetti of Pittsburgh, Melanie Lincoln of Scottsdale, Ariz., Carla Gallo of Palmyra, Elizabeth Keasey of Cheswick and Maura Keasey of Pittsburgh. The junior bridesmaid was Madeline Fox of Butler.

The flower girl was Claire Ruscetti of Pittsburgh.

Performing the duties of best man was David Ruscetti of Pittsburgh. Groomsmen included David Progar of Wexford, Anthony Chiappini of Butler, Nick Chiappini of Stafford, Va., Patrick Liebert of Raleigh, N.C., Steve Garrison of Pittsburgh, Jonathan Thomas of Cheswick and Robert Flanigan of Cleveland.

The ring bearer was Atticus English of Butler.

The bride is a 2005 graduate of Butler High School and a 2009 graduate of Penn State University.

She is employed by 4moms in Pittsburgh.

The bridegroom graduated from Fox Chapel High School in 2000 and from Penn State University in 2005.

He is employed by Wilshire Associates in Pittsburgh.

Following a honeymoon trip to Aruba, the couple is making their home in Pittsburgh.
