BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Zachary A. Armstrong, 26, of Evans City waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed July 18 by state police.

Joshua D. Bachman, 30, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and driving too slow for conditions, filed July 16 by state police.

Ronald E. Belles, 29, of East Brady, Clarion County, was held for court on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance, possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, driving without a license, careless driving and reckless driving, filed July 7 by township police.

Chester E. Dietrich, 25, of Fenelton waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit robbery, filed Aug. 27 by township police.

Amanda S. Edgington, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit robbery, filed Aug. 27 by township police.

James A. Evans, 30, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of theft, receiving stolen property and trespass, filed Aug. 4 by township police. Evans was ordered to pay $881.50 in fines and court costs.

Curtis K. Goff, 20, of Butler was held for court on charges of theft, receiving stolen property and trespass, filed Aug. 4 by township police.

Kellie L. Horne, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 27 by township police.

Nathaniel C. Ledgerwood, 34, of Cassville, Mo., pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and harassment, filed July 20 by township police. Ledgerwood was ordered to pay $809.50 in fines and court costs.

Dana E. Martin Jr., 38, of Grove City was held for court on charges of robbery, conspiracy, aggravated assault, theft, simple assault and harassment, filed July 28 by state police.

Ronald R. Piper, 35, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of robbery, conspiracy, aggravated assault, theft, simple assault and harassment, filed July 28 by state police.

Steven D. Pintell, 23, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of theft, receiving stolen property and trespass, filed Aug. 4 by township police. Pintell was ordered to pay $881.50 in fines and court costs.

Stephen M. Richards, 56, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed Aug. 23 by township. Richards was ordered to pay $353 in fines and court costs.

Franklin V. Zurzolo, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 27 by township police.

Blankenship, 21, of Baden, Beaver County, waived to court charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed Aug. 30 by state police.Natalie I. Carroll, 22, of Worthington, Ohio, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possessing drug paraphernalia, driving the wrong way on a one-way street and making an improper stop, filed Aug. 3 by Slippery Rock police.Jason A. Howard, 37, of Parker waived to court charges of terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment and harassment, filed July 25 by state police.Joshua K. Igims, 24, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed March 14 by state police.Sarah E. Menno, 22, of Sheffield Lake, Ohio, waived to court charges of DUI, a stop sign violation and careless driving, filed April 9 by Slippery Rock police.

Arnold, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, reckless endangerment and harassment, filed June 19 by state police.Mary E. Bridges, 30, of Foxburg, Clarion County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, disobeying traffic control devices, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and wearing a seat belt, filed June 16 by state police.Christopher C. Lorenz, 44, of East Butler waived to court 15 counts of possessing child pornography, two counts of disseminating sexually explicit materials and a charge of criminal use of a communication facility, filed Sept. 5 by the state attorney general's office.Marki M. Seezox, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of forgery, theft, receiving stolen property, access device fraud and identity theft and 15 counts of possessing drug paraphernalia in two separate cases filed Sept. 4 by state police.Gary Lee Shay, 67, of Fenelton waived to court charges of DUI, making an improper left turn, not using turn signals, failing to keep right and not wearing a seat belt, filed Aug. 20 by state police.Adam C. Steiner, 25, of Cowansville, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of DUI, speeding, making an improper turn and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Aug. 20 by state police.Randall E. Zema, 55, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI, speeding and careless driving, filed July 14 by state police.

District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:James Jonathan Wehrheim, 25, of Pittsburgh had his case held to court. Jackson Township police on May 14 charged him with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving with a suspended license and driving a vehicle with suspended registration.Sean Monahan, 28, of Harmony waived his case to court. Lancaster Township on April 6 charged him with simple assault and harassment.Joshua Richard Caton, 22, of Evans City waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on July 22 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia.George Ray Zambelli III, 31, of Mars waived his case to court. Adams Township police on May 1 charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia.Patricia Ann Long, 60, of Butler waived her case to court. Mars police on July 22 charged her with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Kevin Scott Wilkes, 26, of Mars waived his case to court. Adams Township police on July 12 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Brandi L. Lyons, 30, of Glenshaw waived her case to court. Adams Township police on Aug. 17 charged her with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Bryan R. Fisher Jr., 30, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on July 14 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Sean Monahan, 28, of Harmony waived his case to court. Zelienople police on Aug. 26 charged her with inhaling toxic substances.Cody D. Coyle, 21, of Chicora had his case held to court. The state police on Feb. 3 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.Joshua Michael Allen, 34, of Franklin waived his case to court. The state police on June 30 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.Laura Renie Pierce, 43, of Butler waived her case to court. Jackson Township police on Aug. 11 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.David Matthew Jurgensen, 40, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. The state police on July 28 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Timothy L. Bearfield, 46, of Valencia waived his case to court. Adams Township police on July 25 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:Anthony Joshua Cozad, 25, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Police on March 22 charged him with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Jacqueline M. Beierle, 30, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. Police on April 24 charged her with simple assault and harassment.Sarah Marie Lawson, 25, of Zelienople waived her case to court. Police on Aug. 31 charged her with conspiracy, retail theft, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.Jenna Danielle Lawson, 30, of Sewickley waived her case to court. Police on Sept. 1 charged her with conspiracy, retail theft, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.Paul Robert Simitoski, 53, of Renfrew waived his case to court. Police on April 24 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.Jason Tyrone Woods, 34, of Atglen, Chester County, had his case held to court. Police on July 30 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and reckless driving.Christopher Gallagher, 31, of Rochester waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 20 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance.
