6:10 p.m. Thursday — Two Butler men were reportedly hurt in a hit-and-run crash on East Jefferson Street at Monroe Street. Robert E. Rearick, 60, told police he was stopped at a red light at the intersection when an unidentified white or silver sport utility vehicle struck the back of the vehicle he was driving.The unknown driver, described as a heavy-set white woman in her 30s or 40s with curly, dirty blonde hair, made a U-turn and drove away in the SUV, possibly a Chevrolet Blazer or Equinox.Rearick and his passenger, 22-year-old Richard Rearick, both suffered minor injuries.

4:51 p.m. Sunday — Robert J. Marks, 55, of Grove City was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Cranberry Road. Police said in addition to drunken driving, Marks faces a charge of driving with a suspended license-DUI related.Friday — A donation box at Memorial Park was found vandalized after someone partially pried open the locked door. A damage estimate was not immediately available.9:44 p.m. Wednesday — A 16-year-old boy was caught allegedly shoplifting at a business in the 200 block of West Main Street. The boy, who police did not identify, is charged with retail theft.Wednesday — A BMX- style bicycle, valued at $80, was stolen from the porch of a home in the 100 block of Park Street. The bike — a black, red and white Thruster brand — was taken between 10 p.m. Oct. 7 and 8:45 a.m. Wednesday. Police have no suspects in the theft.Oct. 7 — A Grove City College student reported that her credit card number was used Sept. 20 in Spain without her permission. The unauthorized transaction was for $261.Oct. 6 — Michael Wilson, 35, of Grove City was arrested on drug charges after a patrolman spotted him on a train trestle preparing to smoke a marijuana pipe. Wilson is charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He is free on $5,000 unsecured bail.Oct. 5 — Trinity L. Raymer, 23, of Grove City was allegedly intoxicated when she entered the wrong house and caused a disturbance in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue. Police cited her for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.12:25 a.m. Sept. 30 — Two girls, ages 13 and 14, are accused of fighting in the lunch room at Grove City Middle School. Police cited both girls, who they did not identify, with disorderly conduct.Sept. 25 — Undisclosed prescription medication was stolen between 4 and 7 p.m. from a house in the 800 block of Kocher Drive. A police report did not indicate if there are any suspects. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 724-458-7925.

State Police, Butler3:54 p.m. Monday — Three teenagers were hurt in a rollover wreck in Fairview Township. The crash happened when 18-year-old Chance W. Reep of Parker lost control of his car and struck an embankment on Slippery Rock Road just east of Buena Vista Road. The car ended up on its roof.Reep and his two passengers — Seth A. Anthony, 19, of Chicora and Shannon M. Crissan, 18, of Worthington, Armstrong County — were all taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with unknown injuries. All three teens were wearing seat belts.The Chicora Volunteer Fire Department assisted police. Reep was ticketed for disregarding traffic lanes.9:37 p.m. Wednesday — Thomas L. Bell, 24, of Foxburg, Clarion County, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his car struck one tree stump and ended up on another stump along Route 38 just north of Blair Road in Venango Township.6:18 p.m. Wednesday — Erika L. Celestin, 32, of Butler lost control of her car and crashed into several trees along Saxonburg Road at Patterson Road in Jefferson Township. Police cited Celestin for driving at an unsafe speed and disregarding traffic lanes.

4:12 p.m. Sunday — Amber D. Jones, 26, of Adrian was hurt when her car rear-ended another vehicle on Montgomery Road in East Franklin Township. Jones, who was not wearing a seat belt, suffered a broken foot. She was treated at nearby ACMH Hospital in the township.Police cited Jones for driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and a seat belt violation. Eric J. Shaffer, 17, of Adrian was the other driver.1 a.m. Sunday — A car driven by Jerry J. Rempuszewski, 20, of Leechburg struck a deer on Route 28 about one mile south of Exit 19 in North Buffalo Township.9:25 p.m. Saturday — Nicole M. Musser, 33, of Pittsburgh swerved her car but was unable to avoid hitting a deer on Route 28 just north of Exit 17 in Buffalo Township, Butler County.7:30 p.m. Saturday — A bear was struck by a minivan after walking onto Route 422 in West Franklin Township. The bear managed to run off after the accident. Bradley W. Eckroth, 50, of Johnstown, Cambria County, was driving the van.

Oct. 4 — An unknown thief stole a computer from the Center Presbyterian Church on Center Church Road in Pine Township, Mercer County. The laptop computer, which was in a cabinet, was taken between Sept. 28 and Oct. 4.State Police, New Castle2:20 a.m. Monday — A New Castle woman was hurt when the sport utility vehicle she was driving struck a tree in Slippery Rock Township, Lawrence County. Christina M. Montgomery, 25, told police the crash happened when she swerved the SUV to avoid a deer on Young Road just south of Frew Mill Road.Montgomery, who was wearing a seat belt, was treated at Jameson Hospital in New Castle for minor injuries. Police cited her for driving at an unsafe speed.
