Wednesday — Police charged Tanni K. Milligan, 23, of Butler after they allegedly caught her last week with suspected heroin. Officers stopped Milligan just before 6 p.m. Oct. 9 when they spotted her walking impaired on Spring Street near Maple Avenue.She was arrested and searched. Police found five bags of suspected heroin in her pants pocket.Police noted in court papers that the area where Milliigan was stopped “has seen numerous drug complaints over the last month.”She is charged with possession of a controlled substance and public drunkenness.Tuesday — Joselyn Forty, 29, of Jefferson Township was charged with criminal and traffic offenses stemming from a two-vehicle accident about 10:30 a.m. Oct. 8 in the 300 block of East Jefferson Street.Police said while investigating the wreck they noticed her inspection sticker was taped to her car's windshield. A closer look found that the vehicle identification number on the sticker did not match the car's VIN.Forty admitted the sticker was from another vehicle, according to court documents.She is charged with fraudulent use of an inspection sticker, a misdemeanor, and driving without valid inspection and driving without insurance, both summary traffic violations.

Wednesday — Police filed charges against Charles E. Feitl, 49, of Boyers for allegedly conspiring with an unknown female on Sept. 1 to exchange stolen merchandise for a Walmart gift card worth $179. Feitl is charged with theft by deception and conspiracy.

Wednesday — Police charged Margo V. Barr, 39, of Saxonburg with forging another borough woman's check for $220 and depositing the check by automated teller machine Sept. 29 into her boyfriend's bank account.Barr is charged with forgery, theft and access device fraud.

4:24 a.m. Oct. 9 — April E. Summerville, 24, of Fenelton was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at Hinchberger Road and Lynn-Mar Lane in Summit Township.

11 a.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Tyler J. Kelly, 20, of Volant crashed into a tree along Tower Road just south of Veterans Road in Springfield Township. Police cited Kelly for disregarding traffic lanes.Monday — Someone between Saturday and Monday dumped 10 old tires at a home on Centertown Road in Pine Township.
