CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Bryant Hull, 19, of Aliquippa waived his case to court. Police on Aug. 5 charged him with retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Devan Alan Ness, 25, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Oct. 9 charged him with robbery.

William R. Klingensmith, 59, of Summerville waived his case to court. Police on Aug. 12 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.

Steven Waite, 31, of Sewickley waived his case to court. Police on Oct. 8 charged him with retail theft.

Bradley David Remerowski, 26, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. Police on Sept. 17 charged him with theft by deception and receiving stolen property.

Timothy James Glynn, 30, of McKees Rocks waived his case to court. Police on April 15 charged him with conspiracy, theft from a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property, loitering and criminal mischief.

Nathan Allen Hawk, 19, of Conway waived his case to court. Police on Sept. 4 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Merrit Jon Leasure, 30, of Portersville waived his case to court. Police on Sept. 30 charged him with criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Russell A. Miller, 20, of Valencia waived his case to court. Police on Sept. 5 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.

Gregory D. Cordes, 53, of Aliquippa waived his case to court. Police on Sept. 3 charged him with fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an unregistered vehicle and operating a vehicle without valid inspection.
