BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Chester E. Dietrich, 25, of Fenelton waived to court charges of possessing drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, driving with suspended registration, driving without insurance and driving without valid inspection, filed Sept. 10 by state police.

Joseph P. Gaiser, 28, of Prospect waived to court a charge of escape, filed Aug. 19 by Butler County detectives.

Austin A. George, 19, of Butler was held for court on a charge of possessing a prohibited offensive weapon, filed Sept. 4 by township police.

Antonio D.L. Graham, 24, of Butler was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Oct. 9 by township police.

Mandy M. Gumm, 27, of Pittsburgh waived to court a charge of conspiracy to commit possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, filed Aug. 14 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Cody L. Holland, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 7 by township police.

Richard C. Jamison Jr., 30, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed July 21 by township police. Jamison was ordered to pay $531.50 in fines and court costs.

David K. Moody, 64, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed Sept. 10 by state police.

Arthur A. Osche, 27, of Evans City waived to court charges of DUI, speeding, careless driving and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Aug. 26 by state police.

Luxe Valkyrie, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Sept. 2 by township police.

Gary D. Zgoda, 53, of Portersville waived to court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit retail theft, filed Aug. 26 by township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Jeffrey A. Bechtel, 48, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, driving on the wrong side of the road and careless driving, filed July 25.Randall W. Bittel, 31, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of trespass and disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 14.Douglas A. Hinchberger, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disobeying traffic control devices, careless driving and a lighting violation, filed July 28.Jonathon A. Mazar, 35, of Butler waived to court a charge of DUI, filed Aug. 20.Edward V. Skillman, 59, of Butler waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed June 4.Christopher S. Walker, 23, of Prospect waived to court charges of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 9.

Brunner, 43, of Portersville waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, a stop sign violation, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed June 18 by state police.Anna K. Genzoli, 42, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy, filed July 15 by state police. Genzoli in a separate case filed Oct. 2 by Slippery Rock police, waived a charge of retail theft.Cody McKay, 18, of Aliquippa, Beaver County, waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 10 by Slippery Rock University police.Shane Martin, 18, of Aliquippa, Beaver County, waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 10 by SRU police.Hunter Nagy, 19, of Aliquippa, Beaver County, waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 10 by SRU police.Michael D. Nardone, 20, of Hermitage, Mercer County, waived to court charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, underage possession of alcohol and littering, filed Aug. 31 by Slippery Rock police.Lindsay M.
