Sadie Longo had 13 kills and 13 service points as the A-C Valley volleyball team downed Cranberry 25-15, 23-25, 25-14, 25-6 in the District 9 Class A volleyball playoffs Tuesday night.

Katie Stumpner added 13 kills and seven digs, Melanie Lewis 21 service points and 12 assists and Danielle Kaufman 14 service points, 12 digs and five assists for the Falcons (14-2).

Alyssa Babcock also had 12 assists for A-C Valley, who will host Port Allegany Thursday in the quarterfinals.

Punxsutawney 3, Karns City 1 — The Gremlins' season came to an end in a 13-25, 16-25, 25-22, 23-25 loss in the District 9 Class AA semifinals.

No individual statistics were available.

Keystone 3, Union 0 — Eiley McGregor had three aces, but the Damsels were eliminated from the District 9 Class playoffs with a 7-25, 17-25, 18-25 loss.

Hannah Atzeni added five assists, Kali Flick three kills and Taylor Adams two kills for Union.
