6:18 p.m. Wednesday — A black man described as being 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall grabbed a Rolex watch from the counter at Kay Jewelers on Route 208 in Springfield Township and fled to a waiting vehicle. The watch is valued at $10,300.4 p.m. Wednesday — An 84-year-old Pine Township woman sent an unspecified amount of money to a caller who claimed her granddaughter was in jail and needed bail money. After sending the money, the woman discovered her granddaughter was not in jail.
