BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases:

Abbi Cochran, 23, of Hiliards waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal trespass, filed Sept. 30 by township police.

Jennifer Gulu, 35, of East Butler was held for court on a charge of retail theft, filed Oct. 23 by township police.

Tama Hoffman, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on roadways laned for traffic and restraint systems, filed Sept. 2 by township police.

Shannon Larimore, 32, of Butler waived to court a charge of theft by deception, filed Sept. 15 by township police.

Frank Motko, 58, of Butler was held for court on charges of simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, harassment, disorderly conduct and back up vehicle improperly, filed June 30 by township police.

Dontay Patterson, 33, of Verona waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy-delivery of a controlled substance and possession of small amount of marijuana, filed Oct. 17 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Donald Stockdill, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and duties at stop sign, filed July 11 by township police.

Ronald Sutton, 55, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, altered/forged or counterfeit document/plate, failure to notify change of address and operation of vehicle without valid inspection, filed Sept. 8 by township police.

Jesse Vereb, 18, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 2 by township police. He was ordered to pay $471.50 in fines and costs.

Woodrow Watkins, 34, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy-delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a small amount of marijuana, filed Sept. 2 by the Butler County Drug Task Force

James Woodrow, 58, of Sarver waived to court charges of open lewdness and disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 7 township police.
