SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Stephanie M. Bonini, 23, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 13 by Middlesex Township police. Bonini was ordered to pay $321.50 in fines and court costs.

Brian P. Brinkley, 30, of Worthington, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Sept. 16 by state police.

Jonathan P. Gall, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 17 by Middlesex Township police.

Karinne G. Henneberg, 18, of Gibsonia waived to court a charge of possessing a small amount of marijuana, filed Sept. 24 by Penn Township police.

Joseph G. Hilliard, 27, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Aug. 18 by state police.

Darrin A. May, 49, of Butler waived to court a charge of DUI, filed Sept. 8 by Middlesex Township police.

Ashley M. McKissick, 23, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 17 by Middlesex Township police. McKissick was ordered to pay $221.50 in fines and court costs.

William Neumont, 58, of Gibsonia waived to court a charge of theft by deception, filed Sept. 22 by Middlesex Township police.

David J. Noah, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of computer trespassing and tampering with physical evidence, filed Oct. 9 by Penn Township police.

Austin Patterson, 19, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 2 by Middlesex Township police. Patterson was ordered to pay $471.50 in fines and court costs.

John M. Sheerer, 20, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of driving under the influence, DUI by a minor, underage drinking, driving an unregistered vehicle and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Oct. 27 by Penn Township police.

Adam J. Yaworsky, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, DUI by a minor, underage drinking and not wearing a seat belt, filed Sept. 8 by Middlesex Township police.

Yaworsky in a separate case filed Sept. 24 by Middlesex Township police pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct. He was ordered to pay $471.50 in fines and court costs.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases filed by state police:Arik J. Gallagher, 24, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving an unregistered vehicle, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Aug. 22.Zachary T. Horn, 19, of Titusville, Crawford County, waived to court charges of DUI, underage drinking, driving the wrong way on a one-way street, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Aug. 24.Derek M. Schneider, 19, of Titusville, waived to court charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, possessing alcohol by a minor and not wearing a seat belt filed Aug. 24.Crystal M. Schwirian, 19, of Portersville waived to court a charge of harassment, filed Sept. 16.Luann Sunday-Rogers, 60, of Prospect waived to court charges of DUI, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Sept. 18.
