Missed a spot

Since Pittsburgh has recently put on a pothole filling blitz, I would like to ask PennDOT to also adjust the joints on state Route 68, Segments 110 and 120, between Harmony Junction and Minetta Springs.

Several years ago PennDOT resurfaced both sides of these segments but left this 4,000 feet of road to continue to deteriorate. The joints have either separated into larger cracks or risen into speed bumps.

Pennsylvania has the fourth highest gas tax in the United States, but where is it being spent? It shouldn’t break the bank to shoot crack-filler or mill the bumps off this small stretch of highway.
