Keaton Hanna and Beau Hankins registered hat tricks as the Mars hockey team made quick work of Wheeling Park, winning a non-conference game 11-0 Wednesday night at Wesbanco Arena.

The Planets (8-1) have won seven straight games. Mars will have a 15-day break before it takes on Tier 1 Class A Western Conference rival Quaker Valley.

Mars outshot Wheeling Park 46-10. Heakins had a team-high five points, also adding two assists.

Kyle Thomas, Patrick Roach, Noah Raymundo, Tyler Grau and Charles Osborne also scored for the Planets.
