LYNDORA — A Small Business Saturday Vendor Show/Paddle Party will start at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Vagabonds Center, 138 Whitestown Road, to benefit the Lighthouse Foundation.

A paddle party is a high-speed auction, where bids are made on baskets from vendors.

EVANS CITY — The Evans City Public Library, 204 S. Jackson St., will host three special events during the holiday season.The library will collect hats, gloves and scarves for the Clothing Cupboard through Dec. 30. Deliver the items between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Mondays to Thursdays or between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Saturdays.At 10 a.m. Dec. 6, the library will have a Make It and Take It for ornaments and Christmas trees made from recycled materials. Register by Dec. 4. The event is free.At 10:45 a.m. Dec. 9 and 10, Conductor Jim will read “The Polar Express.” Call the library to register.For more information and to register, call 724-538-8695.

BUTLER TWP — Breakfast with Santa will be from 10:30 a.m. to noon Dec. 6 at the Butler Township Park Building, 468 S. Duffy Road.The Butler County Parks and Recreation Department and Butler Township promise a fun-filled breakfast with goodies and Santa. BAKERSTOWN — Women in the community are invited to the annual Christmas Tea sponsored by the Women of Bakerstown at 2:30 p.m. Dec. 7 at First Presbyterian Church of Bakerstown, 5825 Heckert Road.The Sidekicks Quartet will present a musical program. SLIPPERY ROCK — The Bartramian Audubon Society invites the community to its annual potluck dinner at 7 p.m., Dec. 8 at Jennings Environmental Education Center, 2951 Prospect Road.Educator Sue Gillespie will talk about her week at the Audubon Camp at Hog Island, Maine.
