Hess nets 16 in SV girls hoop win

Meghan Hess scored 16 points as Seneca Valley routed Oakland Catholic 62-32 in high school girls basketball play Thursday.

The Raiders jumped out to a 40-9 lead at the half.

Lexus Lambert added 11 points and Sarah Jones and Melissa Carter each pitched in 10 for Seneca Valley (3-1, 1-0).
