SLIPPERY ROCK — Senior District Judge Joseph O'Donnell, substituting for District Judge Timothy Shaffer, recently heard these cases:

Tammie J. Amos, 53, of Grove City waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right, disregard traffic lane and careless driving, filed Nov. 8 by state police.

Delfin Antonio Rippe Berner, 21, of Canonsburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, minor prohibited from operating with any alcohol in system and failure to use safety belt, filed Sept. 28 by state police.

Tyreq Andre Black, 20, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 24 by Slippery Rock University Police.

Russel Braden Ferguson, 23, of Harrisville waived to court charges of firearms not to be carried without license, terroristic threats, unlawful restraint, simple assault, indecent assault, selling or furnishing liquor to minors and harassment, filed Oct. 29 by state police.

Jaleel Gregg, 19, of Philadelphia waived to court charges of use/possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana, filed Oct. 30 by Slippery University Police.

Michael Douglas Lynn, 35 of Grove City waived to court charges of driving under the influence, accidents involving damage, careless driving, reckless driving, failure to stop and give information/render aid and failure to notify police of accident, filed Oct. 17 by state police.

Darnell J. McFadden, 18, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of use/possession of marijuana, possession of a small amount of marijuana and disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 24 by Slippery Rock University Police.

David Andrew Morrow, 31, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed July 2 by state police.

Charles Robert Stewart, 33, of Bruin waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 30 by state police.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:Joshua A. Gonzalez, 26, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Police on Nov. 14 charged him with robbery, recklessly endangering another person, retail theft and reckless driving.Tyler Preston Lynn, 24, of Seven Fields waived his case to court. Police on Oct. 10 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Keith Dishler, no age given, of Industry waived his case to court.
