BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Brian J. Anderson, 30, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed Nov. 17 by township police. Anderson was ordered to pay $471.50 in fines and court costs.

Asa L. Anthony, 29, of Washington, D.C., pleaded guilty to a charge of open lewdness, filed Jan. 6 by the Butler County Sheriff's office. Anthony was ordered to pay $565 in fines and court costs.

David E. Bigler, 49, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Dec. 17 by township police. Bigler was ordered to pay $471.50 in fines and court costs.

Valerie Downs-Ulisky, 23, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed July 18 by township police.

Micah D. Hartman, 34, of Butler was held for court on a charge of retail theft, filed Dec. 19 by township police.

Jennifer M. Hoffman, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of possession a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 24 by township police.

Tyler A. Irvine, 31, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed July 18 by township police.

Makensie S. Kellett, 19, of Grove City waived to court charges of driving under the influence, DUI by a minor, driving with an open container of alcohol and careless driving, filed Sept. 30 by township police.

Mark Michelotti, 53, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of retail theft and disorderly conduct. Michelotti was ordered to pay $833.84 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Ryan M. Napier, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 5 by state police.

William C.P. Parsons, 29, of Columbus, Ohio, was held for court on charges of retail theft and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 2 by township police.

Ellen M. Sasse, 33, of Sarver pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Nov. 18 by township police. Sasse was ordered to pay $321.50 in fines and court costs.

Drew J. Spangler, 20, of Renfrew waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 8 by township police.

Brandon M. Vaughn, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of theft of mislaid property, filed Dec. 1 by township police.

Joshua A. Wallace, 19, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Dec. 8 by Butler County Community College police. Wallace was ordered to pay $371.50 in fines and court costs.

Angie M. Whitman, 34, of Butler was held for court on charges of theft, false identification to law enforcement authorities and retail theft, filed Dec. 19 by township police.

Albright, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of making false written statement to authorities and making a statement under penalty of perjury, filed Sept. 16.Luke A. Blackham, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 9.Deborah J. Bush, 61, of Prospect was held for court on a charge of retail theft, filed Oct. 9.Samuel Lee Carl Jr., 55, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving without headlights on, filed Nov. 18.Jase W. Charlton, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, attempted burglary, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 6.Jesse J. Eaton, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, underage drinking, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system, driving with an open container of alcohol, failing to carry his driver's license and vehicle registration, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, not using low beams and not wearing a seat belt, filed Sept. 23.Corey T. Trice, 52, of Petrolia waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 23.Jay E. Vinroe Jr., 26, of Butler waived to court charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and driving with a suspended license, filed Nov. 24.Pamela J. Vito, 46, of East Syracuse, N.Y., waived to court charges of theft and bad checks, filed Oct. 16.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases:Justin M. Angerett, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of delivering a controlled substance, possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possessing a small amount of marijuana, and two counts each of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed in two separate cases Jan. 14 and 15 by state police.Zachary M. Guckert, 21, of West View, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, simple assault, harassment and careless driving, filed Oct. 20 by state police.Danielle L. Hagmaier, 25, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, a stop sign violation and failing to notify authorities of a change in address, filed Dec. 15 by state police.Sherry L. McClimans, 53, of Boyers waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Dec. 15 by Slippery Rock police.
