Luke Bumgardner and Lauren Butch

An Aug. 15 wedding is being planned by Lauren Elizabeth Butch of Butler and Luke William Bumgardner of Wexford.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of David and Constance Butch of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Judy Bumgardner of Conway and Mark and Ellen Bumgardner of Warrenton, Va.

The future bride is a 2003 graduate of Butler High School and a 2008 graduate of Duquesne University.

She is a product manager for Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Her fiance graduated in 2005 from Freedom High School. He graduated from Robert Morris University in 2009.

He is an account manager and field sales trainer for Covidien.
