Mabel T. Palace

Mabel T. Palace, 78, of Butler passed away Friday at the Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born in Clearfield on March 21, 1936, she was the daughter of the late William and Loretta T. Schuler Bauldoff.

Mabel was a homemaker and a member of Saint Paul Roman Catholic Church.

She was an avid bowler.

She is survived by one son, Andrew Palace and his wife, Roleen, of Butler; two daughters, Shirley Palace of Colorado and Sandra Skal and her husband, Martin, of Hedgesville, W.Va.; and one sister, Louise Brown of Herman.

Also surviving are four grandchildren, Stacey Fair-Thompson, Jason Skal, Jeremiah Phelps and Jeryca Phelps; and four great-grandchildren, Jolie Skal, Aubrey Skal, Dakota Thompson and Destiny Thompson.

Mabel was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew A. Palace, Jr., who passed away on Oct. 3, 2007; and one brother.

PALACE — Friends of Mabel T. Palace, who died Friday, Feb. 27, 2015, will be received in the Martin Funeral Home, 429 Center Ave., Butler, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday.A blessing service will be held at the funeral home at 10 a.m. Monday.
