HERSHEY — Butler’s Riley Burdine placed second at 252 pounds Sunday in the Pennsylvania Junior High State Wrestling Tournament in Hershey.

Burdine posted a 3-1 win in the semifinals to become the first Butler wrestler to ever reach the state finals.

Saavon Mosby of Butler placed sixth at 212 pounds. He lost in the final five seconds of overtime in the semifinals, suffered an injury, and lost a 2-1 decision in the consolation round shortly afterward.
