Geraldine and John Baird

John and Geraldine Baird of Butler celebrated 60 years of marriage with a family dinner in Foxburg.

Baird married the former Geraldine Callen on Feb. 19, 1955, at Springdale Lutheran Church in West Sunbury.

They have three children, Jacquelyn Baird of Erie, Kathleen Wilson of Erie and John Baird of Slippery Rock.

They also have seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Baird worked for Baird Oil Company and Armco. He is retired.

Mrs. Baird is a homemaker.

The Bairds are charter members of Faith United Presbyterian Church where Baird is a church elder.
