SLIPPERY ROCK — Slippery Rock University pole vaulter Kaitlyn Clark and triple jumper Caleb Smithco will compete in the NCAA Division II National Indoor Track and Field Championships March 13-14 in Birmingham, Ala.

Clark is the 14th seed in the women’s pole vault with a clearance of 3.76 meters. She is the two-time PSAC champion in that event.

Smithco is seeded seventh in the men’s triple jump with a leap of 15.23 meters, a Rock record.
