Home show ready to run April 10-12

CONNOQUENESSING TWP — The annual Butler County Home Show is set for April 10-12 at the Family Sports Center, Route 68.

Admission will be free. Show hours are 4 to 9 p.m. April 10, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. April 11 and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 12.

Visitors will find ideas and advice on home improvement, decorating, construction and remodeling and landscaping projects.

Three days of 100 exhibits, seminars and demonstrations will educate and entertain people interested in one-stop shopping for home needs.

Show highlights will include demonstrations, home remodeling advice from Andy Amrhein, and Ask the Vet Q&A with experts from Seven Fields Veterinary Hospital.

New for this year is Rich Engler’s Rock & Roll display.

From 1 to 3 p.m. April 12, Pittsburgh rock legend Rich Engler will display rare rock and roll memorabilia including guitars autographed by performers Eric Clapton and Bob Marley.

Engler will sign copies of his book “Behind the Stage Door” and share stories about these items and his experience promoting more than 5,000 concerts over several decades.

The show is sponsored by McDonald Plumbing & HVAC, Clearview Federal Credit Union, Seven Fields Veterinary Hospital, Honda North and the Butler Eagle.
