Shirley W. Smith
Shirley W. Smith, 81, of Butler passed away Tuesday at the Evergreen Nursing Center.
She was born Aug. 1, 1933, in Bethlehem to the late Howard Wimmer and Marion (Weaver) Wimmer.
Mrs. Smith was a graduate of Bethlehem Senior High School.
She worked as a bridal consultant at Hart's Department Store then as a receptionist at Macia-Bauer Orthodontics. She retired from Milo William's Jewelers on July 1, 1998.
Shirley was a former member of the Christian Community Church in Gibsonia.
Mrs. Smith is survived by two sons, Matthew L. Smith of Hagerstown, Md., and Mark W. Treider of York; one daughter, Sandy Jesteadt of Prospect; two grandchildren, Andrew Jesteadt and Michael Treider; and one brother, Royce Wimmer of Bethlehem.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Phyllis Schmidt.
SMITH — A graveside service for Shirley W. Smith, who died Tuesday, March 31, 2015, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the North Side Cemetery, 1002 N. Main St., Butler, with the Rev.
