Regis Neff

Regis Neff of Butler will celebrate his 100th birthday with a Mass at St. Wendelin Roman Catholic Church in Butler followed by a reception in the church hall.

Neff was born on April 28, 1915. He married the late Averil Neff on Jan. 16, 1943.

He has four children, Ruth Douthett, David Neff, Jeanne Aubrey and Ronald Neff. He also has 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Neff worked at T.W. Phillips Gas and Oil Co. and owned and operated several oil wells.

He served in World War II. He is a lifetime member of the Moose and the VFW in Chicora.
