Monday — Otto K. Heitzer, 35, of Butler was charged with drunken driving stemming from a police call March 30 for a man urinating in the Walmart parking lot at Butler Common.That man was gone by the time officers got there, but police said they later found Heitzer in his vehicle in the parking lot at Whitestown Village. He is charged with driving under the influenceButler County Court records showed Heitzer has three previous drunken driving convictions,Monday — Police got an arrest warrant for Nicholas A. Cook, 21, of Butler on a charge of flight to avoid apprehension in connection with an incident at 9:40 p.m. April 14 in the 600 block of Bessemer Avenue.Police noted that Cook is wanted on a bench warrant for failing to appear at a hearing in Butler County Court stemming from a 2014 misdemeanor drug case.Anyone with information of Cook's whereabouts is asked to call police at 724-285-9600, or 911.10:30 p.m. Sunday — Jason McFarland, 17, of Butler lost control of his sport utility vehicle on the wet road and flipped on its side after hitting an embankment on Greenwood Drive.Wednesday — Vehicles driven by Allen Yoder, 77, of Butler and David Pegher, 53, of Gibsonia collided on Pittsburgh Road at the Bredinville ramp. Police cited Yoder for failing to yield to other traffic at a stop sign.

Monday — Shane Stiffy, 24, was cited for not confining his dog at his home in the 400 block of Stewart Avenue.Saturday — Two sets of golf clubs were stolen overnight from a vehicle parked at a home on Euclid Avenue.
