CENTER TWP — Center Township Elementary students and cousins Christian DePolo and Stefani Hartman won the gold medal in pairs skating at the Golden Blade Figure Skating Championships held Saturday at Harmarville Blade Runners.

DePolo, 11, and Hartman, 10, also won silver medals in individual competition.

DePolo came back from a serious foot injury that kept him off skates for three and a half months. Both skaters are coached by Marty Culbertson.
