Police3:15 p.m. Thursday — A three-vehicle accident occurred on New Castle Road in front of Alameda Plaza.A vehicle driven by Cy Neely, 18, of Butler struck the back of a vehicle driven by Kathleen Stroup, 59, of Fenelton. The impact forced Stroup’s vehicle to hit a vehicle driven by Brittany McClean, 26, of Forestville.Leha Oswalt, 18, of Butler, a passenger in Neely’s vehicle, suffered minor injuries and was taken by ambulance to Butler Memorial Hospital.Neely was cited for driving at an unsafe speed.

Grove City PoliceThursday — John Burk, 39, of Grove City was arrested after allegedly sending pornographic text messages to a 16-year-old girl at Grove City High School.Burk was arraigned by District Judge D. Neil McEwen and was released on $25,000 unsecured bail.Burk faces charges of disseminating explicit sexual material to a minor, corruption of minors and harassment.He has a preliminary hearing scheduled for May 13.

State Police, Franklin11:30 p.m. March 23 — Damean M. Felmlee, 20, of Parker and Tyler J. Sharrar, 20, of Rimersburg are facing charges of conspiracy, burglary, theft and receiving stolen property after they allegedly stole a YZ 125 dirt bike from a Clarion woman and tried to sell it online.
