District Judge Lewis Stoughton

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard this case:

Mark W. Hobrat, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Nov. 10 by state police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — Senior District Judge Joseph O’Donnell recently heard these cases:

Jamie L. Bennett, 23, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, speeding and careless driving, filed March 6 by Slippery Rock police.

Jason A. Carter, 18, of Arnold, Westmoreland County, pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 7 by state police. Carter was ordered to pay $584 in fines and court costs.

Allan Dahma, no age given, of Crescent, Allegheny County, was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed Feb. 4 in a private complaint by McClymonds Supply & Transfer of Portersville.

Joshua J. Dora, 28, of Grove City waived to court charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police, reckless endangerment, driving at an unsafe speed, reckless driving, improperly passing another vehicle, running a stop sign and a lane violation, filed April 3 by Slippery Rock police.

Kansas Emery, 18, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of possessing a prohibited offensive weapon and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed March 18 by state police.

Brandon J. Gurowski, 22, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of burglary, theft and criminal mischief, filed Feb. 2 by state police.

Cari L. Moynihan, no age given, of Zelienople waived to court charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle, careless driving and failing to notify authorities of a change in address, filed March 6 by state police.

David P. Nye, 53, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed March 11 by Slippery Rock police. Nye was ordered to pay $384 in fines and court costs.

District Judge Dave Kovach

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Christian W. Holleran, 38, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on March 4 charged him with theft of services, receiving stolen property and bad checks.

Adam Charles Klimkowski, 31, of Freedom waived his case to court. Police on Feb. 17 charged him with criminal trespass, retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Leandro Pereira, 27, of Pittsburgh had his case held to court. Police on Feb. 12 charged him with simple assault and harassment.

Adam Dyke Ed, 33, of Gibsonia waived his case to court. Police on Feb. 25 charged him with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

John Joseph Deem, 23, of Industry waived his case to court. Police on March 17 charged him with criminal trespass and access device fraud.

Justin Anthony Sass, 29, of Seven Fields waived his case to court. Police on Feb. 19 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Eric Lee McCullough, 37, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Police on Jan. 6 charged him with theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief.

James A. Lack, 32, of Baden waived his case to court. Police on April 11 charged him with retail theft.

Rhonda Lynne Elsesser, 28, of Swissvale waived her case to court. Police on Oct. 28 charged her with conspiracy and retail theft.

Joseph William Keillor, 29, of Baden had his case held to court. Police on May 1, 2013, charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.
