BUTLER TWP — The Butler Football Boosters will hold signups for junior high, freshman and varsity players from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. May 26-29 in the Annex next to the football stadium.

All-day gobbler season

HARRISBURG — Pennsylvania turkey hunters are permitted to hunt from 30 minutes before sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset now through May 30.

The all-day hunting during the second half of the spring season is designed to provide interested hunters with more time to be afield.

Golf outing

HARMONY — The 2015 Golf Outing for Elliott Acres Therapy Riding, Inc., takes place July 12 at Hartmann’s Summer Resort, Inc.

Registration is at 9 a.m., shotgun start at 10 a.m. Cost is $70.
