these loved ones you have lost,

I selected them some time ago,

forgetting not the cost.

America, my heart has grieved,

by your sorrow, tears and pain, and

Though it’s little comfort,

your loss is Heaven’s gain.”

Ten years ago today, our lives were forever changed. We think of you every day and are grateful for the time we shared. We will always seek your guidance and strength to carry us on in this life without you.
