Wissinger

Lenita Ann Wissinger, 67, of Cabot passed away Thursday.

She was born Dec. 10, 1947 in Pittsburgh, the daughter of the late Ernest Grant Young and Beaulah (Brown) Young.

Lenita loved her dogs and her family.

She retired after 25 years of service from Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center as an LPN and later worked as a supervisor for Sunrise Assisted Living.

Surviving are two daughters, Deborah Wissinger of Butler and Sherry Wissinger of Cabot; a son, Gary (Kristen) Wissinger II of Cabot; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Carol (Dean) Brinker of Cabot and Cheryl (Pat) Pennington; three brothers, Jimmy (Debbie) Young of Natrona Heights, Gary (Marlene) Young of Natrona Heights and Greg (Sandy) Young of Ohio; and her best friend, Gary Wissinger I.

She was also preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Young.

WISSINGER — Friends of Lenita Ann Wissinger, who died Thursday, May 28, 2015, will be received at Young Funeral Home, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday.

Services will be at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Monday with the Rev. Jason McQueen of Cabot United Methodist Church officiating.

Interment will be in Butler County Memorial Park.
