CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David T. Kovach recently heard these cases filed by the Cranberry Township Police Department.

Amy Jo Sickelsmith, 39, of Aliquippa waived to court charges of theft by false impression or deception and conspiracy to commit theft by false impression or deception, filed April 8.

Laura Renee Aller, 31, of Hookstown waived to court charges of theft by false impression or deception and conspiracy to commit theft by false impression or deception, filed April 9.

Kevin William Bortnyik, 64, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of DUI; DUI with highest rate of alcohol BAC; failure to keep right; and no rear lights, filed April 1.

Sarah Kathleen Landa, 21, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy; burglary; criminal trespassing/breaking and entering; theft by unlawful taking; and receiving stolen property, filed April 17.

He also heard this case filed by the state police: Alex Logan Rowe, 21, of Darlington, waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use; possession of drug paraphernalia; disregard of a traffic lane; and entering traffic or changing lanes without a proper signal, filed Feb. 19.
