EVANS CITY — These cases filed by law enforcement officials were recently heard by District Judge Wayne D. Seibel:

Gary Paul Hite, Jr., 31, of Portersville waived to court charges of DUI, DUI with a high rate of alcohol, and careless driving, filed by the Zelienople police on Feb. 23.

Peter David Lindewirth, 60, of Prospect, waived to court charges of DUI, DUI with a high rate of alcohol, failure to drive at a safe speed, and operating a vehicle without valid insurance, filed by the Jackson Township police May 19.

Benjamin Charles Mellor, 24, of Mars, waived to court charges of DUI, DUI with a high rate of alcohol, and careless driving, filed March 10 by the Zelienople police.

Michael Scott Glass, 45, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of DUI, DUI with a high rate of alcohol, driving at an unsafe speed, and careless driving, filed by the Jackson Township police May 21.

Howard Francis Undercuffler III, 45, of Parker waived to court charges of DUI, DUI with a high rate of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia, disregarding a traffic lane, and careless driving, filed by the Jackson Township police May 21.

Laura Anne Saturley, 36, of Fombell, waived to court charges of DUI, DUI with a high rate of alcohol, and careless driving, filed by the Zelienople police May 19.
