SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Zachery M. Birckbichler, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed May 21 by Middlesex Township police.

Corey T. Booth, 25, of Kittanning was held for court on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, driving without a license, failing to carry a driver's license and improperly signaling, filed May 11 by state police.

Brian R. Donevitch, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, careless driving and driving at an unsafe speed, filed May 26 by Middlesex Township police.

Mark A. Dongilli, 29, of Kittanning waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed May 11 by state police.

Michael W. Dorcy, 55, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, speeding and careless driving, filed May 26 by Middlesex Township police.

Brett M. Flory, 19, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed May 21 by Middlesex Township police.

Alexander J. Lefever, 21, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, failing to keep right, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving, abandoning a vehicle on a highway and not wearing a seat belt, filed May 13 by state police.

Daniel P. McConahy, 18, of Renfrew pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed May 26 by Middlesex Township police. McConahy was ordered to pay $372.50 in fines and court costs.

Chad R. Morgan, 35, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, speeding and disregarding traffic lanes, filed May 26 by Middlesex Township police.

Kevin Randolph, 23, of Valencia was held for court on charges of burglary, trespass, and loitering and prowling at night, filed June 25 by Middlesex Township police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Michael P. Cochran, 50, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed March 30 by state police.James F. Cunningham, 33, of Butler was held for court on two counts each of theft from a vehicle and receiving stolen property, three counts of loitering and prowling at night, and charges of possessing a controlled substance, possessing a prohibited offensive weapon and public drunkenness, filed June 5 by township police.Cunningham, in a separate case filed June 10 by township police, was held on charges of theft from a vehicle and loitering and prowling at night.Nicholas D. Delano, 18, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed May 15 by Butler County Community College Police. Delano was ordered to pay $472.50 in fines and court costs and perform 25 hours of community service.Craig P. Hortert, 21, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, possessing a small amount of marijuana, careless driving, disregarding a traffic lane, making an improper turn and a lighting violation, filed June 1 by township police.Tammy L. Hutchens, 43, of Butler was held for court on charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed June 1 by township police.Jaime M. Jakovac, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and failing to notify authorities of a change in address, filed May 21 by township police.Nathan A. Kashmer, 31, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed April 27 by township police. Kashmer was ordered to pay $624 in fines and court costs.Kurt R. Kline, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, child endangerment, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed May 18 by township police.Denton G. Krapf, 38, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed May 1 by township police.Conner P. Thomas, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed May 15 by Butler County Community College Police.Justin P. Warner, 32, of Petrolia pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed May 1 by township police. Warner was ordered to pay $658 in fines and court costs.David Weichey Jr., 32, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, possessing a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license, three counts of driving on the wrong side of the road, failing to pull over for an emergency vehicle, careless driving, disregarding traffic lanes and a stop sign violation, filed April 22 by township police.Christopher R. Wright, 34, of Grove City waived to court charges of DUI, driving with an open container of alcohol, a stop sign violation, careless driving and failing to notify authorities of a change in address, filed April 23 by township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:William V. McCollums IV, 22, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and driving with an open container of alcohol, filed May 5.William D. McGregor, 25, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed June 9.Christopher M. Miller, 28, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a charge of false identification to law enforcement authorities, filed April 13. Miller was ordered to pay $624 in fines and court costs.Pearl M. Shultz, 59, of East Brady, Clarion County, waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed May 25.Mason D. Spencer, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, two lane violations, careless driving and improperly approaching an intersection, filed May 12.Shane R. Vensel, 27, of Chicora was held for court on charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and violating a hazard regulation, filed June 9.

SLIPPERY ROCK — Senior District Judge William Fagley recently heard these cases filed by state police:Martin S. Berish, 20, of McClellandtown, Fayette County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed April 1.Zachary T. Burns, 22, of Conway, Beaver County, waived to court charges of DUI, speeding, careless driving and driving without rear lights on, filed June 1.Adam J. Ellwood, 19, of Moon Township, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and speeding, filed May 12.Jason R. Porter, 35, of Portersville waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed May 13.Benjamin H. Rhinehart, 19, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived to court charges of theft from a vehicle, receiving stolen property and underage drinking, filed April 27.
